New students wishing to enter for the 2012-2013 school year, may apply on Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the school library. (Time of application does not affect acceptance)

K-8th Grade

Copies of the following documents must be submitted at the time of applying:

Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Immunization Records, Copy of the Report of Health Examination for School Entry signed by the doctor, Copy of the most recent Progress Report, Name and address of the school that the child is presently attending
