Athletic Programs
De La Salle School maintains an active sports program. Boys and girls “A” Teams (Grades 7-8) and “B” Teams (Grades 5-6) compete with other schools in the area as well as in local tournaments.
Boys participate in:
· Flag football
· Basketball
· Volleyball
Girls participate in:
· Volleyball
· Basketball
· Softball
Team practices are from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm, or as scheduled. A team fee is charged to cover expenses.
Spirit Squad - Junior Varsity and Varsity Cheerleading

The cheerleading mission is to build self esteem and confidence, while strengthening the mind and body. Junior Varsity Cheer is open to girls in Grades 5-6. Varsity Cheer is open to girls in Grades 7-8. Tryouts are held in the Spring. Weekly practices and attendances at performances are mandatory. Uniform fees are due by the middle of June and squad fees are due in September. The Spirit Squad is under the direction of adult coordinators. The girls are supervised by cheer coaches. The spirit squad participates in school pep rallies, home games, parades, and school championships. |
