Welcome to 8th grade Science! The 8th grade Physical Science Curriculum will cover the following areas based on the Next Generation Science Standards and the California Science Content Standards: motion, forces, structure of matter, earth in the solar system, chemical reactions, chemistry of living systems, the periodic table of elements, density, buoyancy, electricity, and magnetism.
